Hogan, Wife, and Son Sued in Graziano Injury Case

The guardian of 22-year-old John Graziano has filed a lawsuit against Terry Bollea (Hulk Hogan), his wife Linda, and their 17-year-old son Nick, claiming that they were negligent in connection with the August 2007 car crash which seriously injured Graziano. Daniel Jacobs, the friend with whom Terry Bollea was allegedly racing at the time of the accident, was also named in the suit.

Debra Graziano, John’s mother and guardian, is represented by Clearwater personal injury attorney George Tragos.

Tragos told ABC News that they will be seeking to recover the cost of Graziano’s ongoing medical care. According to Tragos, the removal of a portion of Graziano’s frontal brain lobe after the accident means that Graziano will need constant attention for the rest of his life.

The lawsuit alleges that Terry and Linda Bollea should have known about their son’s irresponsible driving habits prior to the crash and negligently failed to take preventative action.
